If you have heard about PeopleString and worried that it’s too good to be true, you are not alone. People are naturally suspicious about opportunities to make money online; they’re more suspicious when you get paid by referring other people. So they ask themselves, if all these programs are just scams. To their credit though, there is a lot of trash out there.

But what happens when you learn the program is run by a Publicly-traded company and the premium services offered are 100% free and they pay all their members on time?

At this point the red flags should cautiously come down. The scam signal should begin to fade. If it’s really free, couldn’t you just try it and then quit it if you don’t like it?

Yes. That’s exactly what you can do with PeopleString and take comfort in knowing that your personal information is protected and never sent to third parties.

The funny part is–and I mean funny, because it’s a hoot to see human nature flare up like this. I see online comments from people who have never looked into PeopleString and yet tell others to stay away, perhaps because if you can refer others and make money with it, it has to be a scam. Funny, because the last time I checked many traditional businesses pay you for referring others to their products and services.

Without a doubt PeopleString is legit. While it does have a limited time paid upgrade option, from my experience 95% of the members stay with their free memberships and that is perfectly fine. They continue to earn from their own use of the site, and will still be able to earn money from referring friends and collecting monthly Search/Ad revenue.

Plus, people receive free access to a social network and an exclusive e-mail system that lets you send video email, trackable email, self-destructing email and more. Did I mention that it’s free?

Let’s say you just want to send video email to people and you want to avoid paying another service to do so. You could join PeopleString exclusively for this. You could entirely skip the opportunity to earn money (though you will still collect Ad revenue) and never refer another person and still have free access to some useful services. Where is the scam in that?

PeopleString’s business model is similar to Facebook, Yahoo, or Google, yet there is one primary difference; all those companies want to build a massive audience so that they can earn their keep from the advertisers. But PeopleString pays 70% of its Ad revenues back to its members every month.

This includes a Mailbox-Cashbox program that’s similar, in a sense, to Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising. But it’s much better. As with PPC, advertisers pay for an audience when the users simply click through. With PeopleString, to earn cash, people need to be pro-active: opt into a mailing list; visit a website and enter a code; watch a video to get a code at the end etc.

The audience is targeted with cash offers because members get to fill out a survey for general demographic purposes. They then eagerly look for Ads to read or watch. They are active, which is huge for advertisers. And they are active because members get paid every time they take an action. In other words, few Ad dollars spill to PeopleString, most are paid directly to this active audience.

Now the only other reason one can see people confusing PeopleString with a scam is because of the limited-time paid upgrade option. This upgrade provides certain service benefits e.g. unlimited video email and unlimited email storage; plus, premium members get paid approximately three times as much on the activity earnings of their team members. Some people see the potential of PeopleString and naturally want to take this step, while it is still available.

PeopleString is about empowering the average person to earn money online without investing a dime. The premium account upgrade offer will end soon, making PeopleString an exclusively free member program just like all the other social networks on the Web. However, with one significant distinction though: PeopleString is now officially pending to become a Public company.

Is PeopleString a scam? Perhaps to you if you have never looked into it and you believe what you want to believe. But the real PeopleString-the program available for free to people worldwide – is 100% legitimate and is one of the few honest, no-risk ways for people to start earning money online today.

In conclusion, when you get right down to it, with PeopleString being a free opportunity how can anyone get scammed out of nothing?
